Return & Refund

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds on food or beverages once the order has been prepared and delivered.If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items or quality concerns, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the situation by offering a replacement or credit toward a future purchase.

Exchanges:

In the event of an incorrect or faulty item, we will gladly replace it with the correct one if you contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the issue.

Cancellations:

  • Orders placed through our website can only be canceled before they are prepared. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Once your order is being prepared or has been delivered, cancellations are not possible.

  • Board Game Table Reservations cancellations 72 hours in advance will receive an 80% refund 24 hours in advance 50% refund. Anything later will be a no refund cancellation.

Refund Processing:

If an eligible refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
